Here, Nyui is Acantha, a girl in love with a woman. They were really good friends in the past, then, Acantha's feelings went bigger. But her lover doesn't share those feelings and when she discovers them, she tries to forget Acantha and to don't talk with her. Acantha feels hurt, and her love isn't stopping growing. Acantha's lover decided to go with another person, it's too much for the heroine. Nyui plays here a young woman in love with a girl, who decided to go with a boy. Nyui doesn't bear this at all and lots of feelings will nibble her. First, a depression due to the lack of the love that she wanted, then rage, because she thinks that her lover betrayed her, and finally, becomes mad and kills the boy, then her lover.
The title... Pun with "mistake", and "miss" and "take". The meaning is really distorted, watch out... Nyui missed taking love from her lover and prefered killing her in her raging madness. Big mistake.

"DESPAIRANCE", pun on "despair" (English) and a french equivalent, "désespérance" (translated to "hopelessness"). Some French people could translate this word to "DESPAIRANCE", but no! How to show a little "French touch" to the song. Hello France! Little French lesson, "despair" : "désespoir" ; "despaired" : "désespéré".
I really saw Nyui for this song due to her behavior, same reason as "Anti-Sense", her first song.
