Future upgrades and lots of changes in album releases

Some big news to announce, there will be some changes in the future. Nothing to worry too much about, no worries!

1) Sora's SynthV

I will unlock her on August 23, 2023 after 5 PM (FR time). She is already pre-ordered on DLSite. The way it will work for the voicebank will be quite similar to what I explained for KAFU:
- any songs that will be composed AFTER AUGUST 23 (the deadline for September 25 does NOT count, neither the private songs that go along "Generate Another" and the one for the September deadline) will feature Sora's SynthV in solo songs, or in any song that would feature another SynthV voicebank.
- any song that is using Sora along with other VOCALOID voicebank will use her V5 software, and it will probably be the Cool VB because it more goes with the type of music I make.

So if you want to hear Sora's SynthV in my songs, you'll have to wait for 2024.

2) VOICEPEAK status

Current status of the VOICEPEAK voicebanks is the following:
Rikka - owned (thanks the upgrade)
Zunko - bought earlier this month and active
Kiritan - bought earlier this month and active
Sora - pre-ordered on DLSite, will be active starting from August 23, 2023 evening
SEKAI - awaiting for order/pre-order (DLSite)
Itako - awaiting for order/pre-order (DLSite)
(and if Karin or Chifuyu get one at some point, well you know the drill)

VOICEPEAK will probably be used for bonus stuff like JP files about the main series or audio broadcasts. The whole thing won't be public for a good while, I just want more people to be in the "speakers" team. And I don't intend using another engine since their quality will be a bit too low.

3) Album advancement

Currently in production of CD39.5. The album is called "Excess". For now the next songs I need to do are the ones for Yu Yao and Mai's deadline (which is on the same day - November 10th).

4) Major changes in album release dates

OK that's here I need all your attention.

Looking at how I organized the next album, aside from "Slippage" which will be indeed released on August 19, 2023, and aside from "Genesis of Blackness" that will be released on October 21, 2023, all the release dates for the next albums will be changing a little bit.

CD39 - initial release was on December 16, 2023. The new release date will be on November 18, 2023 (Sat).
CD39.5 - initial release date was on March 9, 2024. The new release date will be on January 20, 2024 (Sat).
CD40 - initial release date was on March 16, 2024. The new release date will be on March 9, 2024 (Sat).

And finally...

CDHS3 - due to the consequences of HARU's delay and for taking more safety, but also in order to not change too much the metadata of the works, the album's new date will be on DECEMBER 31, 2023 (SUN).

Seeing how much work this album requires me to do, I think the safest would be to release it for the last day of the year. It will do a sort of special surprise just before 2024.

And why changing the others?

Doing two releases one week after the other, especially for big albums with 30+ tracks, it seems really weird. That's why I rathered spacing them. And like this, December is still free for CDHS3! It also permits me to do a crossfade possibly near November and to leave you few weeks of waiting.

Reminder of what CDHS3 currently contains:

- 2 discs of 16 and 12 tracks respectively
- a booklet of 62 pages, containing JP lyrics, bonus texts and other bonuses
- the lyrics in EN and FR in other isolated txt files
- 5 secret sections of Nynthilore reserved to the terminal insanity timeline's events, along with their passwords
- a bible of more than 400 pages (the number will probably rise even more but we're at 428 right now) containing all info about the main lore series, as well as some in-lore as off-lore stuff (especially off-lore)
- ...and maybe some other stuff if you're nice enough~

5) Nynthilives

Nynthilives 3.0 are back since early July, but there will be a next one, only in English this time (no French because the stream is probably going to be loooooong) on Saturday morning. I'll post a tweet. And no worries if you miss it, there will be the VOD to watch comfy in your bed/sofa.

This time, for the next live, I'll ask you to take the D4 post of Nynthilore with you, because we're going to decorticate EVERY. SINGLE. Infection scene of the series. Until Yun Quan. Won't spoil for REML or HARU.

The live should NOT be age-restricted this time, YT should be doing more fine than for the other live, however, it doesn't mean it's for all audiences. Not recommended for people below 14. The usual I guess.

Will it be spoiler-free? It depends of how you get into the series.

- If for you, spoilers means "everything that was not published in a song", then yeah, there will be spoilers near the end. For songs I think we stopped until COKO for now. So all that concerns Mell, Fuiro or Yun Quan might be spoiler for you if you get near the end.
- If for you, spoilers means "things that didn't happen yet in the series", then it's spoiler-free!

The hour of the live will be given later, so keep an eye out for the announcement.
