The recessive/dominant is because of the nature of the voices of Yukari and Meiji. Meiji has a much stronger voice than Yukari, so she can be heard much more than her, in despite of the mixdown (the track of Meiji has a lower volume than Yukari's).
The story now... What a weird one. On yesterday I didn't have any idea for a story, then, there was a dream. I was laughing a bit about it. This is a few stupid, honestly!
It's a young girl destined to be a fairy, to be nice to people, until the day she discovers that she enjoys hurting people. Just that. Of course, the administration of fairies didn't enjoy it at all and decided to punish the girl. But this last one escapes with her weapon, a very long and thin golden needle, to go until the gates of another school, a school for witches. Interested, she went there and totally dropped fairy's studies. When she comes back to fairies, she revenges and launches spells to all other who hurt her in the past.
Last thing, for French people, the translation of the title isn't "La Tombée" (or a thing of the genre), it's "La Déchue". It's prettier.
